“So I give The Barber Neaumu a 1 star For his poor customer service skills. As a returning customer who hasn’t been There in the last five years after moving away… He has me Inconveniently sit down and wait until he got off the phone, After I use the restroom, it sat back down. To then Try to confront me, About giving him a bad review, which I don’t even remember doing because obviously if I returned, then I thought there was some sort of decency in the way my hair was cut. So after he’s going around in circles, blabbering about nothing, he ultimately is like I’m WACK for leaving him a bad review and in my opinion, even if I did leave a bad review which I don’t remember doing I have the right to do so because if you did a disservice to me, yes I’m going to leave a review and make others aware that’s what any other person does right? Anyways I feel as though his customer service is Judging by how he confronted me in front of one of his customers, so he obviously lacks Respect for returning customer, but also has no respect for his customer Who he had an appointment with already? Because if I’m getting my haircut, I don’t have time for my Barber stopping what he’s doing to blab about nothing Approximately five years ago … That would piss me off… So this bar obviously also has a lack of consideration for time that his client may or may not have. So I wouldn’t recommend you go here and leave town and come back to years later to get a haircut because it’s a possibility this guy may or may not remember you. It was a mistake you for another client… Ultimately driving business out of this door.. Because nobody has time for the nonsense”
